Bike Lane Project Scheduled to Begin
Hamilton/Clermont County (Monday, Aug. 19, 2019) - Work to turn
both outside shoulders of U.S. Route 52 into bike lanes between Five Mile Road
and east of Adamson Road starts today.
Crews will be striping
shoulders, installing bike lane signing, and adding edgeline rumble
stripes along U.S. 52.
No work will take place
two hours before or after events at Riverbend, PNC Pavillion, Belterra Park or
Coney Island.
Work will be on the
shoulders although some short-term lane closures may be used.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is
contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the
construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain
alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone.
For ongoing traffic, construction and
weather-related information, please check www.OHGO.com.
