Culvert Rehab Project Scheduled To Begin

County (Wednesday,
October 30, 2019) – A culvert rehabilitation project to repair
multiple structures in Clermont County is scheduled to begin next week.
Construction is scheduled
to begin Monday, November 4, for contractors to install cured-in-place pipe liners
at 13 culverts on three routes.
The affected locations
include three culverts on SR 28, between SR 48 and SR 132 in Goshen; eight
culverts on SR 131, between US 50 and TR 233 (Dry Run Road) in the Day Heights
area; and two culverts on SR 132, between SR 131 and US 50. Crews will be working
at various locations throughout the duration of the project as weather permits.
Throughout construction, traffic
impacts should be minimal; however, traffic will be maintained by flaggers
and/or arrow boards during any work requiring short-term, single-lane restrictions.
Hydratech
Engineered Products is the contractor, and the completion date for the entire
project is October 2020.
