Detour Notice for State Route 134
Clinton County (Monday, Sept. 23, 2013) – Culvert replacement approximately 500 feet north of Canada Road will require closing State Route 134 between Canada Road and Cemetery Road, with local traffic being maintained.
The road will be closed from 7:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2.
The detour for northbound SR 134 traffic will be west on Canada Road to north on Glady Road to east on Cemetery Road, back to SR 134. Southbound SR 134 traffic will use the same detour in reverse. The detour is an additional three miles or approximately two minutes.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming closure and detour.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
