Lane Closures Scheduled for I-75
Hamilton County (Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011) –Nightly lane closures are scheduled for northbound Interstate 75 Friday, Sept. 9 through Sunday, Sept. 11
Right lane closures on I-75 between State Routes 126 and 562 are scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9, beginning at 9 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 10 and Sunday, Sept. 11, beginning at 8 p.m. with the lane to reopen to traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.
Work is weather permitting.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
