Lane Closures scheduled for northbound Interstate 75
Warren County (Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012) - Pavement work will require various lane closures this week on the Interstate 75 reconstruction and widening project.
Lane closures will be in place this week on northbound I-75 from the State Route 123 interchange to the Montgomery county line from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
In addition, paving operations will require lane closures on State Route 73 west of I-75 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3 and Saturday, Aug. 4. On Monday, Aug. 6 and Tuesday, Aug. 7, paving operations will require lane closures on SR 123 at I-75 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
Arrow boards and signs are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
