Interstate 275 Repaving and Bridge Work Project
Update
Hamilton County (Monday, Oct. 1, 2018) - The Interstate 275 repaving and
bridge work project requires the following lane and ramp closures this week:
- Various lane closures on west I-275 between Kellogg
Avenue and the Kentucky side of the Combs-Hehl bridge daily from 9 a.m.
until 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 and Thursday, Oct. 4. Traffic will be
maintained.
- Various lane closures on east I-275 between Kellogg
Avenue and Four Mile Road daily from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4
and Friday, Oct. 5. Traffic will be maintained.
- Double lane closure on east I-275 between the Kentucky
side of the Combs Hehl Bridge and Four Mile Road each night from 10 p.m.
until 6 a.m. the following day on Friday, Oct. 5 and Sunday, Oct. 7. Exit
71 (Four Mile Road) and Exit 72 (Kellogg Avenue) will be closed during
this time. The detour uses Exit 69 (Five Mile Road) to west I-275. The
contraflow lane will remain open.
The following
restrictions are in place for trucks entering Ohio from Kentucky:
- 10’ wide
- 75’ overall length
- Weight restriction of 120,000 lbs.

Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the work zone and lane closures. All work is
contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
