Interstate 471 lane and shoulder closures
scheduled
Hamilton County (Tuesday, March 27, 2018) - Fence replacement requires
various lane and shoulder closures on Interstate 471 next week.
Lane and shoulder
closures will be in place on the right side of southbound I-471 near the I-71
ramp, over Sawyer Point Park, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday, April 5.
In addition, lane and
shoulder closures will be in place on the left side of southbound I-471 from 10
p.m. Thursday until 5 a.m. Friday, April 6. Traffic will be maintained and
all work is contingent upon weather.
Arrow boards and/or
signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
