Interstate 71 short-term full closures scheduled
next week
Hamilton County (Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018) - Utility work and aerial
crossings require various nightly short-term full closures on north and south
Interstate 71 next week.
Various nightly
short-term full closures on I-71 at Ridge Avenue from midnight until 5 a.m.
Monday, Jan. 22 through Friday, Jan. 26. Closures will be on north I-71 Monday
and Tuesday nights and will be on south I-71 Wednesday through Friday nights.
Traffic will be held
for 15-minute durations and local law enforcement officers will maintain
traffic. All work is contingent upon weather.
Arrow boards and/or signs
will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions.

To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
