Interstate 74/North Bend Road project update
Hamilton County (Friday, July 28, 2017) - Bridge work requires nightly
lane and short-term ramp closures on Interstate 74 at North Bend Road.
Short-term temporary
closures are required on the ramps from northbound North Bend Road to westbound
I-74, from westbound I-74 to North Bend Road, from southbound North Bend Road
to eastbound I-74 and from eastbound I-74 to North Bend Road from 10 p.m. Friday,
July 28 until 6 a.m. the following day.
Also, temporary closures on the ramp from northbound North Bend
Road to westbound I-74 and from eastbound I-74 to North Bend Road from 10 p.m.
Sunday, July 30 until 6 a.m. the following day.
In addition, various lane closures on North Bend Road from 7 p.m.
to 6 a.m. the following day on Tuesday, Aug. 1 and Wednesday, Aug. 2, including
various lane closures on east and westbound I-74 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday
and Wednesday.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone, lane and
ramp closures.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
