Hamilton County (Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017) - Continuing work on the
Interstate 75/Hopple Street project requires the following restrictions this
weekend:
- Maintain one lane of traffic on east and westbound
Hopple Street between Colerain Avenue and the Connector Road from 7 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 8 until 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 10.
- Reduce the two left turn lanes on the ramp from
southbound I-75 to eastbound Hopple Street to one left turn lane from 7
p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Sunday.
- Close the ramp from southbound I-75 to Harrison Avenue
from 10 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Sunday. In addition, close the ramp from
westbound Hopple Street to southbound I-75 from 10 p.m. Friday until 7
a.m. Sunday.
- Double lane closure on southbound I-75 from just south
of I-74 to just north of Harrison Avenue beginning 10 p.m. Friday. This
double lane closure will be reduced to a single lane closure Saturday
morning, with all lanes open to traffic by 11 a.m. Sunday.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
