Lane Closures Set for I-75 Reconstruction Week of July 26

 
  Lane Closures Scheduled for I-75 Reconstruction

 Warren County (Friday, July 23, 2010)  Reconstruction work on Interstate 75 in Warren County calls for the following closures next week:

 Bridge beam removal will require lane closures on State Route 122 at I-75, beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, July 26 and Tuesday, July 27, with lanes open to traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.

 Concrete pavement work will require a lane closure on eastbound SR 73 at I-75 from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 27. In addition, the ramp from SR 73 to northbound I-75 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. with traffic detoured to southbound I-75 to SR 123 to northbound I-75.

 Placement of bridge beams on SR 73 at I-75 will require lane closures in both directions of SR 73, beginning at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28 and Thursday, July 29, with lanes open to traffic by 6 a.m. the following day.

 This work is part of the widening and reconstruction of I-75 in Butler and Warren counties.

 ODOT has a Target: Zero goal for any and all safety hazards. To help ensure the safety of construction workers and the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through a work zone.
