Interstate 71 lane closures scheduled for bridge
work
Hamilton County (Friday, June 15, 2018) - Bridge work requires
various lane closures on north and south Interstate 71 at Montgomery Road from 9
p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday, June 18 through Friday, June 22. The ramp to
Montgomery Road will remain open and traffic will be maintained.
North I-71 lane
closures will begin two hours after completion of the Cincinnati Reds game.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane
closures. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
