State Route 743
Detour Begins May 16
Clermont
County (Monday, May 9, 2016) – Replacing two culverts
requires closing State Route 743 north of U.S. 52 next week.
Beginning
at 7 a.m. Monday, May 16, SR 743 will be closed between U.S. 52 and SR 756
until approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 20.
Eastbound
SR 743 traffic will be detoured west on U.S. 52 to east on SR 232 to east on SR
756; westbound SR 743 traffic will use the reverse detour.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work
zone and road closure.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
