State Route 177 lane closure scheduled for culvert work
Preble
County (Friday,
June 5, 2015) – Culvert work will require a lane
closure on SR 177 starting Wednesday, June 10.
Beginning at 7:30 a.m., there will
be a lane closure on eastbound SR 177 just north of SR 732 at the east fork of
Four Mile Creek. Crews plan to work 24 hours a day for approximately one week.
Temporary traffic signals will be used to maintain traffic. All work is
contingent upon weather.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in
place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closure.
To help ensure the safety of the
construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain
alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone.
