Notice to Contractors: Item 501.03 Notification of Fabricator. Before or at the preconstruction conference, provide a written notification ot the DCE and Office of Materials Management of the selected steel and precast concrete fabricators.

Companies may fabricate any prestressed concrete bridge member with a level less than or equal to their qualifications. Being listed as a fabricator on this list does not guarantee the Contractor that the work performed will meet quality and conformance requirements of the contract.
