Division of Planning
Jennifer Townley, Deputy Director
Division Offices
The Division of Planning's  seven offices work together to accomplish the mission: to propose strategies that address needs and goals in order to plan, build and maintain a safer and more efficient multi-modal transportation system in Ohio.
Division of Planning staff accomplish this by collecting, analyzing, forecasting, measuring, and reporting information about Ohio's Transportation Systems, resulting in a planning process incorporating the information and analysis with the ideas and transportation needs of ODOT's customers.
