I-275/SR 32 construction update
Clermont County (Tuesday, June 23, 2015) – Bridge
painting operations will require closure of one lane on the ramp from
northbound Interstate 275 to State Route 32, beginning at 8 p.m. Tuesday, June
23.
This closure will remain in place until
work is complete sometime during the day on Thursday, June 25.
Signage work will require closure of the
right lane on eastbound SR 32 from 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 24 until 6
a.m. Thursday, June 25. The closure will be in place between old SR 74 and the
I-275 overhead bridge. After 11 p.m., the eastbound SR 32 leg of the entrance
ramp to southbound I-275 will be closed. Eastbound SR 32 traffic wishing to
travel to southbound I-275 will turn right at the stop light onto the temporary
ramp. After midnight, a 10 to 15 minute full closure of eastbound SR 32
will be in place to accommodate work operations.
For Thursday, June 25, signage work
will require closure of the right lane of westbound SR 32 from 7 p.m. until 6
a.m. Friday, June 26. The closure will be in place between Eastgate Blvd. and
the I-275 overhead bridge. Traffic wishing to travel to northbound I-275 will
turn right at the stop light onto the temporary ramp. After midnight, a 10 to
15-minute full closure of westbound SR 32 will be in place to accommodate work
operations.
On Tuesday, June 30, southbound I-275 traffic will be switched to its original side.
In addition the existing westbound to southbound circle ramp will reopen to
traffic. Beginning at 10 p.m., I-275 will be reduced to one lane of traffic
with traffic directed
off I-275 at SR 32, across the light at the bottom of the ramp back onto I-275.
A law enforcement officer will be present to direct traffic.
