I-75/Hopple
construction update
Hamilton County (Monday, Dec. 14, 2015) – Construction
work on Interstate 75 at Hopple Street will require the following closures the
week of Dec. 14:
A rolling lane closure on southbound I-75 from just north of the
I-75/74 interchange to just south of Harrison Avenue for pavement marking
repair work, beginning at midnight Tuesday, Dec. 15, with all lanes reopen to
traffic by 5 a.m. the following day. Alternate date will be Wednesday, Dec. 16.
Daily single lane closure between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on westbound
Hopple Street between the I-75 exit ramp and Colerain Avenue.
Single lane closure on Hopple Street between the I-75 exit ramp
and Dixmyth for signal work at the Hopple/Connector Road intersection Tuesday,
Dec. 15; Eastbound Hopple lane closure will be in place between 9 a.m. and 3
p.m.; westbound Hopple lane closure will be in place between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Right lane closure on northbound Central Parkway from 7 a.m.
Thursday, Dec. 17 to 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18.
Various side street flagging operations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
daily.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane
closures.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
