I-74 lane closures scheduled overnight

Hamilton County (Wednesday, May 25, 2011) – Two lanes of eastbound Interstate 74 between the two I-275 interchanges will be closed from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday, May 26.

One lane of traffic will be maintained through the eastbound contra flow lane during this closure.

Law enforcement will assist with maintenance of traffic.

 Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
