Interstate 75 lane closure scheduled for today
Hamilton County (Friday, Jan. 29, 2016) – Emergency repair work requires closing the southbound I-75 contraflow lane from SR 562 to Mitchell Avenue from 1 p.m. until approximately 2:30 p.m. today. The right two lanes of southbound I-75 will remain open.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
