I-75/Hopple lane closures update
Hamilton County (Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015) –Construction work on Interstate 75 at Hopple Street requires the following closures this week:
A double right lane closure on northbound I-75 between the Western Hills Viaduct and I-74, beginning at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Closure of the ramp from northbound I-75 to Hopple Street, beginning at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct 14.
A double left lane closure on northbound I-75 between the Western Hills Viaduct and I-74, beginning at 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. the following day.
Lane closures on east and westbound Hopple Street for signal work beginning at 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15; lanes reopen by 6 a.m. the next day.
Right lane closure on southbound Central Parkway between the Connector Road and Marshall Avenue through the week. Lane closure will be in place 24 hours a day for approximately two weeks.
Various closures on side streets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road and lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
