I-75/Mitchell Avenue traffic signal activation

County (Wednesday, April 8, 2015) – The new traffic signal for the intersections
of north and southbound I-75 at Mitchell Avenue will be activated beginning at
8 a.m. Thursday, April 9.
Law enforcement officers will maintain traffic
during the activation and short delays should be expected. All work is
dependent on weather.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
