Lane Closures on Southbound Interstate 75
Warren County (Thursday, June 28, 2012) - Work to install raised pavement markers will require lane closures on southbound Interstate 75 over the next several days.
The work will take place Friday, June 29, Sunday, July 1 and Monday, July 2 between the Austin Blvd. interchange and the Henderson Road overpass. A single lane closure is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., followed by additional lane closures after 10 p.m. that may reduce traffic to one lane. Traffic delays may be significant.
Arrow boards and signs are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
