Interstate 275 Repaving and Bridge Work
Traffic Shift Scheduled
Hamilton County (Wednesday,
Oct. 24, 2018) - The Interstate 275 repaving and bridge work
project requires the following maintenance of traffic shift beginning at
approximately 6 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28:
- The east I-275 lanes into Ohio, which currently have
traffic on the outside two lanes, will be shifted to the inside two lanes.
The contraflow lane will remain the same, and there will be no change to
the west I-275 traffic lanes into Kentucky.
The
following restrictions are in place for trucks entering Ohio from
Kentucky:
- 10’ wide
- 75’ overall length
- Weight restriction of 120,000 lbs.

Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the work zone traffic shift. All work is
contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
