I-75 lane and full closures next week
Hamilton County (Friday, Sept. 4, 2015) – Sign installation will require lane and short-term full closures on southbound Interstate 75 next week.
Beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, Thursday, Sept 10 and Friday, Sept. 11, there will be single lane closures on southbound I-75 between Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Union Centre Boulevard, followed by double lane closures at 8 p.m. All lanes will be reopen by 7 a.m. the following day.
Also, between 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. these nights, there will be short term, 15-minute full closures of southbound I-75 with traffic being maintained by local law enforcement officers.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and short term road closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
