Interstate 75 lane closures scheduled
Hamilton County (Tuesday, March 18, 2014) – Bridge overpass work will require the following lane closures on southbound Interstate 75, just north of Galbraith Road, beginning Monday, March 24.
Monday, March 24 and Tuesday, March 25: Right lane closed at 8 p.m. with a second lane closing at 11 p.m.; both lanes reopen by 5 a.m. the following day.
Wednesday, March 26 and Thursday, March 27: Left lane closed at 8 p.m. with a second lane closing at 11 p.m.; both lanes reopen by 5 a.m. the following day.
Monday, March 31: Right lane closed at 8 p.m. with a second lane closing at 11 p.m.; both lanes reopen by 5 a.m. Tuesday.
Tuesday, April 1: Right lane closed at 7 p.m. with a second lane closing at 10 p.m.; both lanes reopen by 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
