Interstate 75/I-275 lane and ramp closures scheduled

Hamilton County (Friday, Oct. 27, 2017) - Overhead sign and pavement work require the following lane and ramp closures beginning tonight:
Various nightly lane closures on southbound Interstate 75 from Union Center Boulevard to the I-75/I-275 split between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following day, each night Sunday, Oct. 29 through Saturday morning, Nov. 4. Traffic will be maintained.
Also, close the ramp from southbound I-75 to east and westbound I-275 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following day, each night Monday, Oct. 30 through Thursday morning, Nov. 2. Traffic will be detoured up and over the Sharon Road exit to access northbound I-75 back to the east/westbound I-275 exits.
In addition, short-term full closures of southbound I-75 from Union Center Boulevard to the I-75/I-275 split between midnight and 5 a.m. the following day, Wednesday, Nov. 1 through Friday morning, Nov. 3. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
