Interstate 75/I-74 Major Reconstruction Project
Update
Hamilton County (Thursday,
July 25, 2019) - The Interstate 75/I-74 Major Reconstruction
project requires the following restrictions:
Sunday, July 28 and Monday, July 29 - Single lane closure on north I-75 from Monmouth Street to
Mitchell Avenue nightly from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day.
- Short-term full closures on
I-74 and I-75 within the work zones between midnight and 4 a.m. the
following day. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement officers.
Tuesday, July 30 - Close the ramp from Beekman Street to east I-74 from 10
p.m. until 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 31.
- Single lane closure on north
I-75 from Monmouth Street to Mitchell Avenue from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Wednesday.
- Various
lane closures on Beekman Street between Elmore Street and Colerain Avenue
from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
- Short-term
full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the work zones between midnight and
4 a.m. Wednesday. Traffic will be maintained with law enforcement
officers.
Wednesday,
July 31 through Friday, Aug. 2 -
Single lane closure on north I-75 from Monmouth Street to Mitchell Avenue
nightly from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day.
- Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the
work zones between midnight and 4 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be
maintained with law enforcement officers.
Saturday,
Aug. 3 - Single lane
closure west I-74 from the north I-75 ramp to the south I-75 ramp from 8 p.m.
until 6 a.m. Sunday.
- Short-term full closures on I-74 and I-75 within the
work zones between midnight and 4 a.m. Sunday. Traffic will be maintained
with law enforcement officers.
Arrow boards and/or signs will
alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon
the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the
construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain
alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through
the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
