Interstate 75/State Route 562 lane and ramp closures
Hamilton County (Monday, March 14, 2016) – Bridge work requires various lane and ramp closures on Interstate 75 at SR 562 this week.
Single lane closure on northbound I-75 at SR 562 beginning at 8 p.m., followed by a double lane closure at 11 p.m. each night Tuesday, March 15 through Friday, March 18, with lanes reopening by 5 a.m. the following day.
Also, the ramp from northbound I-75 to SR 562 will be closed beginning at 9 p.m. each night, reopening at 6 a.m. the following day.
Traffic will be maintained all work is weather dependent.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the lane and ramp closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
