REMINDER
Interstate 75/U.S. 50/Fort Washington Way closures
scheduled
Hamilton County (Thursday,
Oct. 25, 2018) - Pavement work requires closing the left two
lanes of east U.S. 50/Fort Washington Way at the east U.S. 50/north I-71 split.
The lane closures will close access to east U.S. 50 and I-471 from 9 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 25 until 6 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26.
- East U.S. 50 (west of I-75) and the south I-75 ramp to
U.S. 50 will be diverted to Second Street with access to U.S. 50/I-471.
- North I-71/I-75 access to north I-71 (Lytle Tunnel)
will be maintained with access to U.S. 50/I-471 closed. Traffic will be
directed to use the Second Street exit to access east U.S. 50 and I-471.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
