State Route 126 Lane Closures/Traffic Pattern
Switch Scheduled
Hamilton County (Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018) - A traffic shift will
start at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, placing SR 126 bridge
traffic from east of Kenwood Road to the east SR 126/north I-71 ramp on the
inside west lanes. The traffic switch should be complete by 6 a.m. Monday,
Aug. 6 and traffic will remain in this configuration for
approximately one month.
Also, various lane
closures on east and west State Route 126 between Kenwood and Montgomery roads
from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day, Monday, Aug. 6 through
Thursday morning, Aug. 9.
Traffic will be
maintained.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane closures. All
work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
