SR 32 Traffic Pattern and Signal Adjustments Require Lane Closures

Beginning March 25

Clermont Co. (Friday, March 22, 2019) - Work involving traffic pattern changes on State Route 32 will require a long-term closure of the inside third lane of westbound SR 32 from the two-lane section near Glen Este Withamsville Rd. to the northbound I-275 exit ramp to SR 32.
This lane closure will allow westbound SR 32 traffic to enter northbound or southbound I-275 without stopping at an additional traffic signal and provide a dedicated lane for traffic turning left off of the northbound I-275 exit ramp onto westbound SR 32.
Construction will begin Monday, March 25th at the northbound I-275 and SR 32 intersection which will require short-term left lane closures on westbound and eastbound SR 32 between Eastgate Blvd. and I-275. These lane closures will begin on Monday, March 25 at 8 AM for approximately two weeks.
Also, westbound through traffic will no longer be required to stop at the traffic signal east of I-275 upon completion of the project.
The project is expected to be completed by May 24.
Arrow boards and/or signs will alert motorists of the work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
