SR 744 culvert replacement begins Sept. 18

 

State Route 744 scheduled for culvert replacement

Butler County (Friday, Sept. 15, 2017) - Culvert replacement requires closing State Route 744 for five days beginning Monday, Sept. 18.
Beginning at 7 a.m., SR 744 will be closed just east of Paullin Drive and west of SR 122/Middleton Eaton Road until 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22. 
The detour uses SR 122, Franklin Rd., and SR 503.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
