Signal foundation installation requires U.S. Route 127 lane closures

Preble County (Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018) - Signal foundation installation requires various lane closures on U.S. Route 127 Thursday, March 1 Friday, March 2.
Crews will be installing foundations for new flasher-signals on north and south U.S. 127, just before the intersection with SR 725, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March Friday, March 2. North and south lanes will be shifted within the work zone during this time. Traffic will be maintained with flagging operations.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather and if needed, will be rescheduled accordingly.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
