State Route 126 Lane Closures/Traffic
Pattern Switch Scheduled
Hamilton
County (Monday, July 30, 2018) - Roadwork
requires various lane closures on east and west State Route 126 between
Kenwood and Montgomery roads from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day,
Tuesday, July 31 until Monday morning, Aug. 6.
Beginning at 7 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 3, traffic will be shifted to the inside west lanes on the SR
126 bridge from east of Kenwood Road to the east SR 126/north I-71 ramp.
Set up of the traffic switch should be complete by 6 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4
and traffic will remain in this configuration for approximately one month.
Traffic will be maintained.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane closures. All
work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety
of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
