State Route 129 full closure scheduled for
culvert replacement
Butler County (Tuesday, July 3, 2018) - Culvert replacement requires a
full closure of State Route 129 east of South Weaver Road, in Morgan/Reily
townships, beginning Monday, July 9.
SR 129 will be closed
between SR 126 and Chapel Road from 7 a.m. Monday, July 9 until 3 p.m. Friday,
July 13. The detour uses SR 126, Chapel Road and SR 129. Local traffic
will be maintained.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and full
closure. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
