State Route 264 closed
Hamilton
County (Wednesday, Aug. 20,
2014) – Due to gas main work,
State Route 264 (Glenway Avenue) at the intersection of Race Street and
Bridgetown Road is closed. The left turn lane from Glenway Avenue to Bridgetown
Road is also closed and one lane of southbound SR 264/Glenway Avenue will be
maintained. The road will remain closed until pavement in this area can be
restored.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work
zone and road closure.
To help
ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public,
motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic
while passing through the work zone.
