State Route 725 closure scheduled for bridge replacement

Preble County (Wednesday, March 14, 2018) - Bridge replacement on State Route 725, over East Fork Four Mile Creek in Israel Township, requires closing SR 725 beginning Monday, March 26.
SR 725 will be closed from 7 a.m. Monday, March 26 through approximately Monday, Oct. 1. Traffic will be detoured using SR 732 and SR 177.
The project also includes widening and resurfacing the approaches to the bridge and guardrail upgrades.
Arrow boards and/or signs are in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and restrictions. All work is contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
