State Route 726 full closure scheduled
for culvert replacement
Preble County (Monday,
July 29, 2019) - Culvert replacement requires closing State
Route 726 at the intersection of U.S. 40, at the 4.84 mile marker, from
Monday, Aug. 5 through Friday, Aug. 9.
The detour uses U.S. 40, U.S. 127 and SR
722.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will alert motorists of the work zone and road closure. All work is
contingent upon the weather.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
