State Route 73 closed for culvert
replacement
Butler County (Friday, July 7, 2017) Culvert replacement and pavement work
require a road closure on State Route 73 beginning next week.
Beginning at 7
a.m. Monday, July 10, SR 73 will be closed between Oxford Milford
Road and SR 177 until 5 p.m. August 10. Schollenbarger Road will be
closed at its intersection with SR 73/Trenton Oxford Road. Katie Lane will
remain open.
The detour will
use U.S. Route 27, SR 130 and SR 177.
Once culvert work is
complete, various lane closures will be in effect on SR 73 from 7 a.m. to 5
p.m. daily in this area for resurfacing.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
