State Route 73 lane closures
scheduled for signal work
Butler County (Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015) – Signal
work requires various lane closures on State Route 73 at the Jacksonburg Road
intersection next week.
Beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, one lane
of westbound SR 73 will be closed east of Jacksonburg Road, and then will move
to the west side of Jacksonburg Road. Once complete on westbound SR 73, work
will relocate to eastbound SR 73 west of Jacksonburg Road, and then move to the
east side.
Traffic will be maintained and lanes will
reopen by 2 p.m.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place
prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the lane closures.
To help ensure the safety of the construction
workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce
their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
