Struble Road closure and Interstate 275 lane
closures scheduled for bridge and pavement work
Hamilton County (Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015) – Pavement
work requires lane closures on Interstate 275 this week.
Beginning at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 2 and Thursday, Sept.
3, there will be lane closures on westbound I-275 from Winton Road to Colerain
Avenue until 6 a.m. the following day.
In addition, there will be various lane closures on east and
westbound I-275 between I-74 and Blue Rock Road from 7 p.m. Wednesday and
Thursday until 6 a.m. the following day. These lane closures will be in effect
each week night the weeks of Sept. 8 and Sept. 14.
Also, bridge work requires closing Struble Road over
Interstate 275 for 60 days beginning Monday, Sept. 14.
The detour for westbound Struble Road traffic is south on
Pippin Road to west on Springdale Road to north on U.S. 27 to Struble Road.
Eastbound traffic will use the same detour in reverse.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists
of the upcoming lane and road closures and detour.
To help ensure the safety of the construction
workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce
their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
