U.S. 27 lane
closure scheduled
Butler County
(Monday, Feb. 23, 2015) – Bridge work will require a lane closure on
U.S. 27 Thursday, Feb. 26.
From
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., one lane of U.S. 27 will be closed at the G. Maurice Peffer
Memorial Park. Although traffic will be maintained with flaggers, delays may be
possible.
Arrow
boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane
closure.
To
help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling
public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped
traffic while passing through the work zone.
