U.S. Route 27 closed for culvert
replacement
Butler County (Wednesday, July 5, 2017) - Culvert replacement requires closing
U.S. Route 27 beginning next week.
U.S. Route 27 will be
closed between Woodbine and Stahlherber roads beginning 7 a.m. Monday, July 10
until approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, July 14.
The detour uses State
Route 129, SR 177 and SR 130.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and road
closure.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
