U.S. Route 40 lane closures scheduled
Preble County (Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017) - Various lane closures will be
in effect in each direction of U.S. Route 40 between U.S. 127 and the
Ohio/Indiana state line for pavement work.
Lane closures will be
from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day, Wednesday, Sept. 27 through Saturday, Sept. 30.
Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
