U.S. Route 50 lane closure scheduled for bridge work
Hamilton County (Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015) – Bridge work will require a lane closure on U.S. Route 50/Sixth Street Expressway beginning Friday, Aug. 7.
Beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, one lane of westbound U.S. 50 will be closed between the Mehring Way exit and Evans Street for ten days.
Traffic will be maintained and all work is weather dependent.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closure and all work is dependent on weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
