State Route 562 ramp to southbound I-75 closure scheduled
Hamilton County (Friday, April 15, 2016) – Major widening on Interstate 75, including reconstruction of the ramp from westbound SR 562 to southbound I-75, requires closing that  ramp for 28 days.
Beginning midnight Friday, April 29, the ramp from westbound SR 562 to southbound I-75 will be closed until 6 a.m. Friday, May 27.
Traffic will be detoured to northbound I-75 to Paddock Road (Exit 9) back to southbound I-75.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and ramp closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
