Witt Way closure scheduled to begin Monday, April 10
Butler County (Monday, April 3, 2017) – Bridge work requires closing the Witt Way bridge over State Route 129 beginning Monday, April 10 for a minimum of 90 calendar days. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
A detour will be posted using Maple Avenue, Martin Luther King Boulevard (U.S. 127) and Butler Street.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure. All work is dependent upon weather.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
