1. School Travel Plan (STP) Templates
In 2011, ODOT spearheaded a proces to creat a standardized School Travel Plan (STP) format focusing on the 5 E's for communities across the state to use. Standardizing the STP format made it easier for communities to complete STPs and made it easier for ODOT to evaluate completed STPs. In addition to the STP template, ODOT also created Community and Consultant Guides that correspond to the template and provide step-by-step instructions for how to complete the STP.
