Roads Scholar Training Recognition Program

Welcome to the 2020 Roads Scholar program! We are pleased to mention that several of the LTAP eLearning courses have been approved for RS credit. Please click here for details.

The Roads Scholar Training Recognition Program provides an opportunity for roadway maintenance and public works employees to document their continuing education and professional development. The levels of recognition are: Level I, Level II, and Level III (Road Master). For details, please refer to the Roads Scholar Program Packet available below.
